Readers of SalinePatch, the online newspaper, select HSA, First Design Cabinetry’s sister company, as Saline’s best building contractor in the Readers’ Choice 2012 awards.


David Rhoads – the founder, owner, and president of First Design Cabinetry and Homeowner Services of America – is named 2011 Remodeler of the Year by the Michigan Association of Home Builders. The award recognizes David’s professional commitment and community involvement.


David Rhoads earns the title of Local Life Director for ten years of service on the board of directors of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor.

Voters re-elect David Rhoads to Saline’s City Council for a third two-year term.
